Built in 1909 by early settlers of Green Valley, Spirit Hill is one of the oldest continually working farms in the area. The main house is a faithful restoration of a century-old foursquare that offers a simple, open floor plan with incredible views through every window. The property is situated on 2-1/2 acres of lushly landscaped grounds, and is surrounded by vineyards and orchards. The kitchen is fully stocked and there are hair dryers and ironing board & iron and other amenities scattered about the house.
